Common Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For a dedicated consultation with a designer, booking is recommended to ensure availability.

Do you do in-home consultations?

Our consultations take place at our gallery showroom. Once products are selected, we arrange a separate home measurement appointment.

What should I bring?

Floor plans or room dimensions, inspiration photos, and any existing colour palette information. This helps us give you the best recommendations quickly.

How long does a consultation take?

Typically 60–90 minutes depending on the scope of your project. Multi-room projects may require a follow-up session.
